Sam Nelson – The Man behind the Muscle
Sam Nelson is the founder and owner of Website Muscle. He specializes in website design, client relationships and company growth.
Sam was raised in Orange County. He attended college at UCLA where he played basketball and volleyball. After graduating in 2002, he moved back to his hometown, where he currently resides with his wife and six-year-old son, Noah.
Sam’s entrepreneurial spirit, self-discipline, passion and vision allowed him to take some risks and start Website Muscle. Sam understands hard-working small business owners and takes great pride in helping them succeed, especially in this tough economy.
Sam enjoys playing basketball, outdoor cycling, and playing sports and Wii games with Noah.

Kate Nelson – Project Manager
Meet Kate! And yes, she is Sam’s sister. We are a family-run business and we like it that way!
Kate joined Website Muscle in 2011. Bringing her accounting and university administration experience, she had just what the doctor ordered to get the company running smooth like butter. With a degree in Psychology from UC Irvine, Kate is excited to help Sam realize his dream of owning a business that constantly gives back to those in need. Stay tuned for our community projects!
Kate is carefully studying web design under her brother’s watch and is proud to call him her mentor, and leader. She is quickly moving from beginner to expert, so you can expect to hear from her throughout the design process.

Tyree Nelson – Content Writer
Tyree is Sam’s wife, and mom to their 6-year-old son, Noah. Tyree has been part of Website Muscle from the start, but as we have seen an increasing need for content writing, she is now taking on a more full-time role.
Tyree graduated in 2003 with a law degree from Western State University in Fullerton, CA. After Noah came along, Tyree’s focus shifted from full-time legal practice to soaking up motherhood. She’s been a stay-at-home mom ever since, and has loved every minute of it!
Although she has always enjoyed writing, Tyree’s legal background (and affinity for crossword puzzles) has helped shape her into an even more proficient writer. Tyree loves working side-by-side with Sam, and is thrilled to be part of the Website Muscle team!
The Website Muscle team feels very fortunate to be where we are. So, in addition to copywriting, Tyree and Kate are working together to find ways for Website Muscle to give back to the community and those in need. Check our blog for updates on our philanthropic efforts.
When she’s not writing content for Website Muscle’s [awesome!] clients or corralling a bunch of neighborhood kids, Tyree enjoys reading, running, and volunteering in her son’s classroom.
